About holam

Eighteen years selling enterprise software. Now I run the AI for you.

I started holam because the AI tools sold to small and mid-market companies are powerful — and almost no one uses them. The gap isn't technology. It's operation. Holam closes that gap.

Why holam exists

The problem we kept watching.

For 18 years, I sold enterprise SaaS. PropTech, mostly. Deals closed in 20+ countries — Germany, the UK, France, the Netherlands, Israel, the US, Australia, Singapore, Japan. Big companies. Six-figure ACVs. Long sales cycles. Beautiful logos in the deck.

Here's what I saw, deal after deal: a company signs a $200K annual contract. The CIO is proud. The team gets onboarded. Three months later, half the seats are unused. Six months later, the champion changes jobs. Twelve months later, renewal is at risk because nobody's tracking the outcome the software was bought for.

This wasn't bad software. It was good software, sold the wrong way. The vendor sold a tool. The buyer needed a result. The two never connected.

Then AI happened. And it got worse. Now every vendor sells "AI-powered" everything. Every SMB owner has tried three AI tools and abandoned them — not because the tools were bad, but because nobody had time to set them up, train them, run them, and improve them. The promise is bigger; the gap between purchase and outcome is wider.

So I built the company I wished existed when I was on the buyer side.

Three principles

Three principles we don't bend on.

01

Outcomes, not access.

Calls answered. Meetings booked. Tickets deflected. Documents processed. The metric is in the contract. If we don't deliver, you don't pay. We don't sell software licenses — we sell the result the software is supposed to produce.

02

Operated, not delivered.

You don't manage prompts. You don't tune models. You don't run integrations. We do all of it. You get reports. Most AI products fail not because the technology doesn't work — they fail because nobody runs them well after the demo.

03

Boring is the point.

We don't chase the newest model release. We don't pivot to the latest hype. We build systems that run the same way on Tuesday morning as they do on Friday night. Reliability in B2B AI is rarer than capability. That's our edge.

These aren't marketing lines. They're how the company stays alive long-term. We're playing a 10-year game.

Berlin · operating from rentaudit GmbH

I'm based in Berlin. Originally from Turkey. I've lived in five countries and worked across three continents.

My background is enterprise B2B sales — I led deals for PropTech and SaaS companies from $50K to $2M ACV, across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC. I've sold to landlords, asset managers, brokers, builders, lenders, and operators. I know the difference between a "yes" that closes and a "yes" that fades.

In 2024, I went through Le Wagon's coding bootcamp in Berlin. Then I built rentaudit.de — a live, paid SaaS that helps Berlin tenants verify rent legality under German rent control law. Stripe payments, Sentry monitoring, GDPR-compliant, real customers, real revenue. It still runs today.

That combination — selling AI products and building them — is what makes holam different from a typical agency. Most AI vendors I meet either build great software they can't sell, or sell software they couldn't build. Both halves matter.

“I've spent two decades watching sales teams burn out on work AI can do. Holam is what I wish I could have bought when I was running pipeline.”
