holam, Inc. (“holam”, “we”, “us”) operates holam.co and provides AI operations services to US businesses. Questions about this policy can be directed to hello@holam.co.
2. What we collect
We collect information you provide directly — your name, email, company, and any details you share via our booking form or email. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring.
3. How we use it
We use your information to operate our services, respond to inquiries, send performance reports, and improve our AI systems. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
4. Third-party services
We use Cal.com for appointment booking, which has its own privacy policy. We may use standard analytics tools (e.g., Vercel Analytics) that process anonymised usage data.
5. Data retention
We retain inquiry and contact data for up to 24 months, or until you request deletion. Service-level data (call logs, document extracts) is retained per the terms of your service agreement.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@holam.co. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
